After nearly two weeks on the road exploring the red rock landscapes of Southern Utah and beyond, I’m home—with a heart that feels both full and tender. Our trip was beautiful, expansive, challenging at times, and deeply meaningful in ways I’m still unpacking.

Coming home from a long journey is its own kind of transition. I’ve learned that reintegration takes intention. The instinct to jump right back into work is strong, but so is the need to slow down and honor what shifted.

This week, I’m choosing to:

🌿 Ease back into routines

📷 Reflect on the beauty we experienced

🧘 Listen to what my body and spirit need as I settle

There’s something powerful about reconnecting with the familiar while bringing back little pieces of where you’ve been—whether it’s a landscape, a feeling, or just a reminder that the world is wide and we are always allowed to grow.

I’ll be sharing a few snapshots from the trip this week. Thank you to everyone who held space for me to step away and reconnect with myself and my partner. It was deeply needed.

Now, back with new energy (and a camera roll full of inspiration).
