How do I do it?
With a background in human services, journalism, and the entertainment business, Sunny uses collaboration, education, and facilitation to support individuals, communities, and organizations to further conversations into action surrounding Mental Health Literacy.
Sunny has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and is finishing a second master's in non-clinical psychology, working towards updating systems to serve all. Most recently, Sunny was named the top Mental Health First Aid Trainer in Vermont for the 5th year in a row and a 2024 Mental Health Literacy Champion by the Mental Health Literacy Collaborative.
What do I teach?

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth or adults.
