Over the past year, Sunshine Silver Lining has continued to grow through meaningful partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders. As we move toward 2026, we wanted to share a quick update on what’s new, what’s evolving, and how we can continue working together to advance mental health literacy, communications, and well-being in every space we touch.

TL;DR

Save this post for when you’re ready to explore what’s new and see how we can collaborate in 2026!

What’s New

Our flagship program continues to expand across schools, healthcare, and community organizations with new modules on Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) and Compassion Fatigue & Boundaries. We’ve also developed a specialized version designed for leadership teams focused on fostering resilience and a healthy workplace culture.

Advancing Mental Health Literacy

This year brought continued collaboration across Vermont and beyond, including ongoing advisory work with the Mental Health Literacy Collaborative. Together, we’re building bridges between research, practice, and everyday understanding of mental health.

Storytelling 4 Advocacy

Our newest initiative, Storytelling 4 Advocacy, draws from the Living Proof Advocacy model and empowers individuals, schools, and communities to share their stories with authenticity and impact. The program helps participants connect personal narrative to purpose, advocacy, and collective change.

Strategic Communications & Wellbeing Consulting

From keynote presentations to organizational consulting, Sunshine Silver Lining’s work continues to merge strategic communications with wellbeing. Our goal is simple: to

help teams and small business owners live their values out loud—aligning purpose with daily practice and communication.

Moving Forward

As we plan for the new year, I’m sharing updated materials that outline opportunities for collaboration:

  • 2026 Course & Consulting Menu

  • 2026 Mental Health Literacy Overview

  • Detailed Information on RES™

If you’d like to discuss 2026 opportunities, you can indicate your interest here or reach out directly. I’ll also be setting up 1:1 partner meetings throughout the rest of the year to align on next steps and shared goals.

Thank You!

Thank you for your continued collaboration and your commitment to improving communication, connection, and well-being in your communities. Sunshine Silver Lining thrives because of the care, insight, and partnership of people like you—and I can’t wait to see what we’ll build together in 2026.
